Refund policy

Our approach

Most 7Bros products are custom-made, personalized, or produced for a specific team, business, or event. Please check sizes, colors, names, numbers, artwork, quantities, and other selections before placing an order or approving a proof.

Change-of-mind returns

Correctly produced custom and personalized merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for a change-of-mind return or exchange. This includes items made to an approved design or personalized with a name, number, team mark, or other requested details. The same rule applies when a custom item was purchased at a promotional or sale price.

For any noncustom item that we expressly designate as eligible for return, the product listing or written agreement will describe the applicable return conditions before purchase. We do not promise a general return window for items not specifically designated as returnable.

Errors, damage, or defects

If an item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from your approved order, or with a production error attributable to 7Bros, contact sales@7brosapparel.com promptly. We ask that you contact us ideally within 10 days after you receive the merchandise, so that we can investigate quickly. This requested period does not eliminate any rights you have under applicable law.

Include your order number or other proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photographs when possible. We may request additional information or arrange return of an item when reasonably necessary to resolve the issue. We will review the circumstances and offer an appropriate correction, replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by applicable law.

Sizing and customer-provided details

Please review any available size chart and confirm all names, numbers, quantities, and design choices before submitting an order. For merchandise produced correctly using the options you selected or the proof you approved, we generally do not provide change-of-mind refunds or free replacements. This does not limit remedies for defective goods, a production error, or any rights provided by law.

Cancellations and unshipped orders

For a direct custom project, contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or revise an order. If work has not begun, we will review whether cancellation can be accommodated. Once design work or production has begun, any separately agreed nonrefundable design fees or documented work already performed may affect the available refund, subject to applicable law and the terms accepted with your quote. We will never rely on a custom-order designation to deny a cancellation or refund that the law requires, including applicable rights when shipping is delayed.

Team-store ordering windows, proof approvals, and production arrangements vary by program. Contact us promptly if you entered an incorrect size, name, or number; we will let you know whether the order can still be changed. A team-store closing date does not waive applicable shipping-delay or refund rights.

How refunds are issued

When a monetary refund is due, we generally issue it to the original payment method, unless another method is required by law or expressly agreed with you. Processing and posting times may vary by payment provider. We do not charge a restocking fee for an approved return arising from our production error. We do not impose a general restocking fee for custom merchandise because ordinary change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Any proposed fee for a separately returnable noncustom product must be disclosed before purchase.

An order confirmation, receipt, invoice, or other reliable purchase verification may be used as proof of purchase. We do not automatically deny a legally required remedy solely because a paper receipt is unavailable.

Request a copy or assistance

You may request a written copy of this Refund, Return and Order-Issue Policy at any time by emailing sales@7brosapparel.com. Questions and claims may also be sent to that address. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
