Who we are

This website is operated by Seven Brothers Apparel LLC, doing business under the 7Bros Apparel brand (“7Bros,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We sell custom apparel and operate online team and organization stores. This policy describes the personal information we collect, why we use it, when we share it and how you can contact us about it.

Our website and checkout are hosted by Shopify. Shopify collects and processes personal information when you visit, interact with or purchase from our store, including to provide services informed by activity with Shopify and other merchants. Learn more in Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect: (a) your name, email address, shipping and billing details, order history and payment-related transaction information; (b) team, organization, garment, sizing, player-name and player-number details necessary for customization; (c) designs, logos, reference images and messages you choose to submit; (d) website and device information, including IP address, browser type, cookies and interaction data; and (e) communications and project details you provide to our staff.

Payments are handled through Shopify and its payment partners; we do not need to collect your full card details through our project inquiry forms.

How we use information

We use personal information to answer inquiries, quote and fulfill orders, customize apparel, prepare and review artwork, communicate about projects and deliveries, operate team stores, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain security, keep business records, measure website performance and conduct marketing where permitted and consistent with your choices.

Who receives information

We may share relevant information with Shopify, payment processors, shipping and fulfillment providers, production and decoration partners, customer-service and form tools, accounting providers, analytics and advertising services, and technology or AI-assisted service providers used for design or operational support. We share information for the relevant business purpose and seek to limit disclosures to what is needed. Some recipients, including production partners, may be located outside the United States.

Shopify Network Intelligence and related Shopify services may process activity from your interactions with our store, Shopify and other merchants to provide enhanced services, including analytics, security, personalization and advertising-related functions. AI-assisted workflows

We may use AI-assisted technology to help prepare mockups, review artwork, process project information and support internal workflows. Depending on the task, customer-submitted artwork, design files, team details or limited contact information may be processed by providers operating these services. We do not ask customers to upload sensitive personal information that is unrelated to their project. We do not make an absolute promise about external providers’ model-training practices; their handling of information depends on the service and contractual settings used. Children’s team and uniform information

Parents, guardians and team organizers may provide names, sizes, numbers and related details for youth uniforms. We use this information to prepare and fulfill the requested order and related support. Our online services are directed to adults and are not designed to solicit personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information directly without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action subject to legal and operational retention obligations.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our store uses cookies and similar technologies for essential storefront functions and, depending on customer choices and location, analytics, advertising and personalization. Technologies associated with Shopify, Google and Meta may process activity across websites or services. We provide an online cookie preference experience in relevant regions and a Your Privacy Choices page for available sale/sharing and targeted-advertising opt-outs. Choices are processed by the tools used for the applicable service; their effect can vary by technology and jurisdiction.

We distinguish ordinary browser Do Not Track signals from opt-out mechanisms such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). We do not represent that a generic Do Not Track signal disables all tracking. Where Shopify or an integrated provider recognizes a qualifying GPC signal, it may process the signal for supported privacy choices; independent verification of every third-party or server-side integration is not complete. Your privacy requests and choices

Depending on your location and the laws that apply to us, you may have rights to request information about personal data, correction, deletion, or opt-out of certain uses. You may email sales@7brosapparel.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We will review the request, verify identity as appropriate, and respond as required by applicable law. We may also consider requests voluntarily when no particular statutory right applies. Certain information may need to be retained for orders, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling or legal obligations. We do not guarantee deletion of every copy held by every recipient in every circumstance.

Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill orders, respond to support and reorders, maintain required business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the record and the applicable need; we do not promise one universal deletion period. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and systems involved, but no online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Changes to this policy
